Step 1: Click “Registration” under the banner at homepage

Step 2: Please click the right button for different categories of participants

(a) Registered authors: please enter your pre-registered e-mail address and password to sign in.

(b) Registered IACMR members: please enter your e-mail address and password of your IACMR membership account to sign in.

(c) If you are completely new with IACMR:  please click ‘Create a new account’ to register with the IACMR membership first at the IACMR website (shown below). Once registered, please go back to the conference system to sign in by entering your newly registered email address and password.

Step 3: After logging in, click “Registration” again to go to the page of Conference Registration.

(1) Please select one category from “No paper”, “manuscript”, “PDW” or “symposium” in ‘Report Type’.

(2) Select a right category in ‘User Type‘. For members from Peking University, please select “PKU faculty and students” if the registration fee is paid by the university.

(3) Chinese scholars, please fill up your name in Chinese.

(4) Fill up all the blanks indicated with “*”.

Step 4: In the lower part of ‘Conference Registration’, please select the currency for payment(RMB or USD) and check if you would like to order 3-day boxed lunches for June 14-16 at USD10.Please be reminded once you have selected a currency, it cannot be changed in the later course of registration. For those working in China and requesting for formal invoices (Fapiao), you need to pay in RMB.

After filling up all the items, click ‘Update‘ and the registrant’s brief information and fee summary appear in the lower part. If everything is correct, you may click ‘Submit‘ to go to the next page

If you have a family member or friend to join you (only limited to non-academic participants), you may click ‘Continue‘ and fill up your companion’s information before clicking ‘Submit’.

Step 5: In the next page of ‘Payment Information‘, please select ‘PayPal’ in ‘Pay Method’.

If you pay in USD and need an invoice, it is a printed A4-sized payment notice. For those working in China and need formal invoices (Fapiao), you need to pay in RMB via PayEase and fill up all the relevant blanks in Chinese to ensure a proper Fapiao is issued.

Step 6: You may need to create an account with PayPal athttps://www.paypal.com/c2/signup/singlePageAccount in order to pay via PayPal. In some cases, you may also pay as a guest with the PayPal system or pay directly by a bank card. Good luck!
