Thank you for your interest in registering for the 2020 IACMR conference! The Conference will be held in Xi’an and hosted by the Guanghua School of Management Xi’an campus, Peking University and the School of Management, Xi’an Jiaotong University.

If you currently work/live in Mainland China and read Chinese, please click here to register for the conference (payment in CNY with Chinese registration instructions and forms). Otherwise, please follow the instructions below to register for the conference. If you are working/living in Mainland China but find it challenging to pay in the local currency RMB (e.g., you are not a Chinese-speaker), you are encouraged to pay in USD following the instructions below.

The conference will be held at the Xi’an Campus of Guanghua School of Management (GSM), Peking University and its neighboring hotels. The conference costs include venue charges, conference materials, equipment rentals, food, etc. The conference fees from participants are used to cover 40% of the costs while 60% of the costs are covered by university and corporate sponsors, thanks to the great support from Guanghua School of Management and other sponsoring schools.

* Registration requires the payment of two years of membership dues, which includes an online subscription to Management and Organization Review, and access to  member-only resources on our website.  If you are already a paid member, the two-year membership will not start until your current membership expires.

The registration fees cover the following receptions and all coffee breaks.

For convenience of the conference participants, we will provide boxed lunches for June 18-21. The cost of US$9 for EACH lunch each person will be basically covered by the conference. However, you need to pay US$10 for four lunches during the conference to help us get an accurate estimated number of lunches and avoid waste due to overbooking. You will receive the lunch coupons with your registration packet on site if you book lunches on line.

** Family/Friend Attendance 

Family/Friends who are not IACMR Members are provided with a name badge and given access to the Conference limited to the two receptions and coffee breaks. Discounted lunch boxes from June 18-21 are also available for family member or friend to book when registration on line.

** School Staff/Exhibitor Attendance 
The School Staff/Exhibitor Registration Fee is applied to the staff registration of sponsoring schools or those participating in exhibitions and placement services. The registered staff members are provided with a name badge and conference information packet and given access to the Conference limited to the two receptions and coffee breaks. Discounted lunch boxes from June 18-21 are also available for registered school staff to book when registering on line.

Special attention for members from Peking University: please select “PKU faculty and students” in the registration category when registering with the conference IF YOUR REGISTRATION FEE IS PAID BY PKU and you need to arrange internal transfer of your registration fee payment. Otherwise, you need to select “Regular member” or “Student member” as appropriate.

If you are paying at the student rates, please upload proof of your studentship as instructed in the registration page.

Payment and Receipt 
We only accept online payment with credit cards (Visa, Master, Discover, and American Express), bank accounts, or PayPal accounts. If you request an invoice/receipt of your payment, please click the icon of printer or PDF at the top right part of ‘Registration Information’ section.

We charge a 5% processing fee for any cancellation request. No refund is processed after May 1, 2020.

The hosting school is negotiating with accommodation hotels for all conference participants. We will keep you informed of any progress. You are expected to contact the hotels directly for information about reservation or canceling your hotel reservations.

Restricted Access 
Access to the meeting is restricted to meeting registrants. Registrants must wear their name badges at all times.

Registration Desk Hours 
A printed copy of the Conference program will be available on-site at the Registration Desk, which will be open on June 17 (3:00PM to 9:00PM), June 18 (7:30AM to 5:00PM), June 19 (7:30AM to 5:00PM), June 20 (8:00AM to 2:00PM), June 21 (8:00AM to 2:00PM), 2020.
