Thank you for your interest in registering for the 2021 IACMR conference! The Conference will be held in Xi’an and hosted by the Guanghua School of Management Xi’an campus, Peking University, and the School of Management, Xi’an Jiaotong University from June 16th to June 20th, 2021.
The Conference will be held in a mixed format:
- Hybrid: All keynote sessions, some of the symposium sessions, and PDW sessions will be held in a hybrid way. For these sessions, attendees can be present in the room or on-line. Both on-line and in-room participants will be able to interact with presenters and each other.
- In-Person Only: All Chinese paper sessions, round-table sessions, and some symposium sessions will only be held in-person without an online option.
- On-line Only: All English paper sessions, round-table sessions, and some PDW sessions will be held only online. Rooms will be available for onsite participants to watch online presentations.
The full conference program will be released in May.
Registration Fee
The conference will be held at the Xi’an Campus of Guanghua School of Management (GSM), Peking University and its neighboring hotels. Our sincere thanks to all the conference sponsors for their great support.

Please note:
a. If you are a speaker of any paper or round table sessions in Chinese Tracks, (i.e., Cn-Mac, Cn- Mic), please register and participate IN-PERSON. Due to the restriction of the online facility, we do not provide an online option for Chinese Paper and RT sessions.
* b. TLC@IACMR 2021 is a Pre-Conference session on June 16, it is optional, and only open to in-person participants.
The in-person registration fee covers all hybrid, onsite and online programs, lunch boxes, the opening and closing receptions, tea breaks, and two years’ IACMR membership.
The online registration fee covers online and hybrid sessions and two years’ IACMR membership.
Registration

Payment and Receipt
We only accept online payment with credit cards (Visa, Master, Discover, and American Express), bank accounts, or PayPal accounts. If you request an invoice/receipt of your payment, please click the icon of printer or PDF at the top right part of ‘Registration Information’ section.
Cancellation
We charge a 5% processing fee for any cancellation request. No refund will be processed after May 1st, 2021.
Hotels
The hosting school is negotiating with accommodation hotels for onsite participants. We will update the information on our website if there is any progress. You are expected to contact the hotels directly for information about reservation or canceling your hotel reservations.
Restricted Access
Access to the meeting is restricted to meeting registrants. Onsite Registrants must wear their name badges at all times.
