1. Announcement | Strategic Alliance: IACMR and AOM Sign Landmark MOU
   As we approach the vibrant Chinese New Year of the Horse, the International Association for Chinese Management Research (IACMR) and the Academy of Management (AOM) are thrilled to announce a significant milestone in our global academic partnership. After months of collaborative dialogue, our two organizations have officially signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
2. 2026 IACMR New Officer Election
   According to the Constitution and Bylaws of IACMR, the vice-president-elect and representatives-at-large are elected every two years. The elected officers this time will serve for the period of July 2026-June 2029. They will start their service from July 2026, as non-voting members observers on the board, and become voting members in June 2027 at the conclusion of the biennial conference. 3. Call for Proposals: 2026 IACMR Research Methods Workshop
   We sincerely invite you to participate in the 2026 IACMR Research Methods Workshop, organized by the College of Business at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, held from June 28 to July 2, 2026. Over the four-day workshop, a series of lectures and intensive sessions will help you refine your research proposals. The ultimate goal is to support you in developing high-quality management research projects and publishing in top-tier international English journals. Click here for more details.
4. IACMR Women’s Development Seminar Series #4
   The IACMR Women’s Development Seminar Series #4 “From ‘His’ Perspective on Female Scholars’ Development” will be held online via Zoom on 6 March 2026, from 10:00 to 11:30 (Beijing Time). Focusing on the career development of female scholars from a male perspective, organizational support, and work-family balance, the session featured in-depth discussions on the characteristics, advantages, and bottlenecks in the career advancement of female scholars, institutional practices to promote female academics, and collaboration and balance between work and family in dual-professor households, providing participants with insightful reflections and practical sharing on the career development of women.
5. IACMR Research Seminar Series #58
   The 58th session of the IACMR Research Series was held on January 28 (Beijing Time) from 9:00 to 10:15 a.m. via Zoom. The session, themed New Directions in Entrepreneurship Research, was conducted in English. It featured Professor Peter G. Klein from Baylor University as the speaker and was chaired by Professor Shuping Li from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
