Abstract

This seminar draws on teaching practice and tool development experience to explore how AI can be used to generate personalized instructional content, design differentiated learning experiences, and transform teaching from a standardized model toward truly tailored education.

Speaker’s bio

Ning Li is the Flextronics Chair Professor in the Department of Leadership and Organization Management at Tsinghua University. Prior to his appointment at Tsinghua, he served as a Professor in the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship at The University of Iowa. Professor Li completed his bachelor’s degree in management at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and obtained his Ph.D. from Texas A&M University. His research focuses on big data in management, AI and human interaction, organizational network analysis, team collaboration, team leadership, and other topics.

In addition to his academic roles, Professor Li contributes significantly to the editorial boards of prestigious journals. He is currently the Associate Editor of Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes (OBHDP) and the Deputy Editor of Management and Organization Review (MOR). He has also served as the Associate Editor of the Journal of Management (JOM).
