More information on BJM can be found at https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/journal/14678551. APJM is a leading journal targeting management and organisation research in the Asia Pacific region, encompassing Pacific Rim countries and mainland Asia. More information on APJM is available at https://www.springer.com/journal/10490
The goal of this PDW is to provide an educational and informational forum for Chinese management researchers to build capacity for publishing in leading English journals. The Chinese management scholarly community is emerging rapidly over the past few years, evidenced by the number of submissions made to leading management journals and the number of published studies with data collected in China. However, Chinese management scholars continue to face challenges associated with publishing in leading English journals as non-native English speakers.
This PDW will cover emerging challenges, trends, and changes in the publication world. It also provides participants feedback on their research. Interested participants are invited to submit their manuscript to s.ren@qub.ac.uk with the subject “Submission for BJM-APJM PDW at IACMR 2023” by 30 April. Manuscripts are selected based on the fit with the PDW and the quality of submitted work. The submission needs to be in English, at a completed draft stage, and not published elsewhere. The maximum word length is 6,000, excluding the title page, abstract, references, figures and tables.
