Funded in 2026, the IACMR Career Development Committee is dedicated to fostering high-quality, open academic exchange and mutual professional support. A core responsibility of the committee is to organize the IACMR Career Development Seminar Series, which serves scholars at all career stages in management research—including doctoral students, early-career researchers, and senior scholars. Focusing on key areas such as career pathway navigation, work–family balance, academic mentorship and innovation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and international exchange, the series helps scholars grow continuously on their academic journey, broaden their horizons, strengthen their core competencies, and achieve sustained career advancement.
