UNNC is part of the University of Nottingham’s Global University, and offers unique teaching and research opportunities in a highly dynamic economy.
The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to teaching and curriculum development for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes of entrepreneurship and innovation management, to play a lead role in collaborative research projects and conduct ongoing original research and publications in the field of entrepreneurship and innovation management.
Candidates must have a PhD degree and preferably postgraduate degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline and excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Experience of supervising PhD and Master Students and experience of teaching, tutorial or laboratory work at undergraduate and postgraduate level in an international English speaking institution are preferable.
Salary will be within the range of RMB 595,117 to RMB 706,812 per annum depending on skills and experience (salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance). In addition, an attractive package including accommodation allowance, travel allowance, education support (e.g., pre-school education, school education), and private medical insurance (for members of staff and any agreed accompanying family) will be provided for international appointments.
The post will initially be offered on a fixed term contract with the University of Nottingham, Ningbo, China for a period of 5 years starting February 2022. This contract may be extended on an indefinite basis by mutual agreement.
