Thank you for your participation in the IACMR 2025 Conference! To help ensure your presentation runs smoothly, please review the following guidelines:

Slide Submission

You have two options for using your slides:

• Option 1: Email your slides to the room assistant before the session.
• Option 2: Bring your slides on a USB drive and upload them upon arrival at your session room.

If you prefer to send your PowerPoint slides in advance, you may email them directly to the room assistant assigned to your session. Please refer to the contact list below.

Important:
When emailing your slides, please clearly indicate your Session Code and Session Title in the message. If you are unsure about your session details, please check the Conference Program.

For Roundtable Sessions

Note: It is not required to prepare presentation slides for Roundtable sessions. However, if you prefer to use slides, please bring your own laptop for the presentation.

Arrival & Setup

Please arrive at your session room at least 5 minutes before the session begins. Take a moment to:

• Familiarize yourself with the lectern and setup.
• Confirm your slides are ready and functioning.
• Note that you will control/advance your own slides during the presentation.

Presentation Tips

• Speak slowly and clearly, especially in sessions with international audiences.
• Avoid reading directly from your slides — instead, explain and expand on the content.
• Engage the audience when possible — asking a simple question can be a great way to keep them involved.
• Most importantly, stay relaxed and enjoy sharing your work!

Language Guidelines

Please present in the language of your session track:

• English-track sessions: Present in English
• Chinese-track sessions: Present in Chinese
