The content of PDW
The workshop is structured into three sections.
First, each participant will give a brief, 20minute presentation on their research, highlighting at least three challenges they encountered and the strategies they used to address them.
In the second section, each participant will have ten minutes to pose questions to the speakers, with a particular emphasis on research ideas. A designated student willtake notes during this discussion, compiling a summary document for all participants.
Finally, once all presentations and discussions are complete, the organizer will provide a summary of the key insights and contributions from each participant
Expected participation
Due to the limited space and to facilitate more effective discussions, participation in this workshop will be limited to 30–40 attendees. Preference will be given to doctoral students and assistant professors whose research focuses on organizational behavior and human resource management in the context of artificial intelligence.
